DAY 35

DAY 35

We had a bit of a set back this week.  Kodi spent most of Monday throwing up. It looked like he'd been eating grass. Consequently he didn't keep much of anything down for a day, including his treatment.

However, we have still had progress.  The tumour continues to shrink as is evidenced by the visibility of his teeth - which improves every week.

He is so much more comfortable without the huge bulbous lump on his jaw which before we started the treatment was threatening to cover his teeth completely.

TODAY

The tumour is clearing from the right towards the left which is where the tumour started.

LAST WEEK
The "bubbles" for want of a technical term seem to break up and dissolve as is clearly shown in the comaprison between the two photos above.

We continue to be thrilled with his progress.

Have a lovely weekend.

DAY 28

KODI IN HIS TEENAGE YEARS

Kodi has been on the treatment for 4 weeks and we are thrilled with the results.

The tumour has shrunk beyond belief!

As shown in the photo above dated 1/11/2013 his teeth are now clearly visible and the tumour has reduced in size.

MOUTH CLOSED 4 WEEKS AGO

FRONT VIEW WITH MOUTH CLOSED TODAY

In the photos above when his mouth is closed the tumour hardly protrudes at all!

The new diet that the dogs are on has resulted in weight loss and healthier more energetic dogs.

FRESH VEG

HORMONE & CHEMICAL FREE CHICKEN

With the addition of the homemade dog pellets (kibble) in very small quantities - just for a bit of crunch and either brown rice or wholewheat pasta.

We took Kodi to be weighed at the vet this morning.

4 weeks ago he weighed in at 45.2 kg

Today he is 41kg

Without even weighing him I could tell he has lost weight. His harness is so much looser on him - to the point where we are going to have to readjust it accordingly.

His target weight is around 30kg so still a way to go but I am happy with a steady weight loss.

Our rainy season should be over now - so we can go for longer, more regular walks.  We have had a very wet winter!

THE TREATMENT

After consultation with Dr Janey we have Kodi on the maximum dosage. 10 drops of MMS to 50 drops of the activator every 2 hours.
If you would like more information on the treatment we are using please visit:-

Day 21

DAY 21
25 October 2013

The end of the 3rd week and we are EXCITED.

Kodi's tumour is definitely smaller.  A whole lovely row of teeth is now clearly visible and when his mouth is closed the bulge is not nearly so obvious.  Eating is a lot more comfortable for him and he has regained his cheeky personality and has abundant energy.

We started him on a ratio of 8 drops of MSS to 40 drops of activator this morning. For his size this is probably the maximum dosage so from now on this is what he will have.

This is PROGRESS.  There is no doubt the treatment and diet are working. Thank you Dr Janey Little.
